Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Production Oversight

Monitor routine activities in sterile manufacturing and filling areas.
Ensure adherence to batch manufacturing records (BMR) and SOPs during production.
Assist in line clearance before starting new batches.

Compliance & Documentation

Maintain accurate in-process records and logbooks.
Ensure compliance with cGMP, WHO, and regulatory requirements.
Support in documentation during in-process checks.

Equipment & Facility Management

Check cleanliness, calibration, and readiness of equipment.
Coordinate with maintenance for breakdowns or preventive maintenance.

People & Process Support

Supervise operators and contract staff to ensure correct procedure execution.
Provide basic on-the-job training to floor staff.

Quality & Safety

Monitor environmental control parameters in aseptic areas.
Report any deviations, breakdowns, or non-compliance to the senior supervisor/manager.
Follow and enforce safety protocols and PPE usage.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:
B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Chemistry, Microbiology) or B.Pharm / M.Pharm.
Experience:
03 years in sterile/aseptic manufacturing preferred (freshers with strong academic background may be considered).
Skills:
Basic knowledge of aseptic techniques and cleanroom operations.
Understanding of BMR, SOPs, and documentation practices.
Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
Attention to detail and good communication skills.
