🔥 What You’ll Do

• Hire for contract/C2C tech roles end-to-end
• Hunt talent on LinkedIn, Naukri, vendors & referrals
• Screen, schedule, follow up, close — repeat
• Keep pipelines clean and clients updated
• Work daily with the team on Slack + virtual calls

✅ You’re a Fit If

• You’ve done contract hiring (1–2 years min)
• You’re fast with follow-ups & sharp with sourcing
• You don’t need hand-holding
