Junior Software Engineer

As a Junior Software Engineer at Algohire Technologies Private Limited, you will be a valuable addition to our growing team. Your role will involve working on web applications using Node.js and React, designing and implementing RESTful APIs, writing clean and maintainable code, building responsive UIs with Tailwind CSS, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features in a dynamic startup environment. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain web applications using Node.js and React under guidance. - Assist in designing and implementing RESTful APIs. - Write clean, readable, and maintainable code. - Build responsive UIs leveraging Tailwind CSS. - Work with state management libraries like Redux or Zustand. - Integrate caching mechanisms such as Redis. - Implement and support message queues/event-driven systems (Kafka, AWS SQS, etc.). - Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions. - Learn and Work with PostgreSQL and ORM tools (e.g., Prisma). - Actively seek mentorship and contribute to a positive team environment. Qualifications Required (Must Have): - Full Stack Development experience. - Proficiency in React.js, Node.js, and Tailwind CSS. - Familiarity with RESTful APIs (Express.js, documentation tools). - Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Zustand. - Ability to learn and work with caching mechanisms like Redis. - Ability to learn and work with message queues/event-driven systems like Kafka, AWS SQS, etc. - Familiarity with PostgreSQL and ORM tools (e.g., Prisma).
