Job: Junior Software Engineer (0–2 Year Experience) Location : Hyderabad Company: Algohire Technologies Private Limited About the Role: We are looking for a motivated Junior Software Engineer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for freshers with good knowledge on technical skill of full stack development such as React, Node.js, and Tailwind CSS. You will be working closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features in a dynamic startup environment. Key Responsibilities: ● Develop and maintain web applications using Node.js and React under guidance. ● Assist in designing and implementing RESTful APIs. ● Write clean, readable, and maintainable code. ● Build responsive UIs leveraging Tailwind CSS. ● Work with state management libraries like Redux or Zustand. ● Integrate caching mechanisms such as Redis. ● Implement and support message queues/event-driven systems (Kafka, AWS SQS, etc.). ● Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions. ● Learn and Work with PostgreSQL and ORM tools (e.g., Prisma). ● Actively seek mentorship and contribute to a positive team environment. This role is ideal for someone with good fundamentals in Python and problem-solving, who wants to grow by working on real-world automation projects in a startup environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Write simple, clean Python scripts for automation tasks. 2. Learn and work with browser automation tools (Selenium/Playwright). 3. Use Python libraries (requests, BeautifulSoup) for data extraction and interaction. 4. Assist in testing and debugging automation workflows. 5. Collaborate with the team to understand requirements and deliver small modules. 6. Document code and maintain Git repositories. Required Skills: 1. Strong basics in Python (loops, functions, OOP, error handling). 2. Understanding of web requests and APIs (GET/POST). 3. Exposure to Selenium / Playwright OR willingness to learn quickly. 4.
