About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute a monthly social media content calendar aligned with our brand tone and project timelines 2. Suggest creative content ideas (Reels, carousels, stories, BTS, moodboards, client features) 3. Assist with on-site content creation (shoot behind-the-scenes, site visits, styling days) 4. Edit Reels, videos, and stories using apps like InShot, CapCut, VN, Adobe, etc. 5. Write engaging captions, tag lines, and CTAs with knowledge of Instagram trends 6. Strategize and run paid ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram (performance marketing) 7. Track and report analytics, insights, and engagement to improve future campaigns 8. Strong communication and writing skills 6. Ability to shoot content on mobile (and basic knowledge of camera angles/framing is a plus) 7.
