About the job: Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement social media strategies for platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube to drive engagement and revenue generation through original content creation, including videos, reels, and graphics 2. Collaborate with the operations team to plan campaigns, coordinate content shoots, and participate in on-ground events to capture real-time, impactful content 3. Manage daily platform activities such as scheduling, publishing, and monitoring posts while analyzing performance metrics and optimizing strategies for better reach and ROI 4. Create content, from pre-production planning to editing, ensuring brand consistency and experimenting with innovative formats to maintain relevance 5.
