Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and skilled Site Supervisor with 2–3 years of experience to support our ongoing and upcoming construction projects. The candidate will assist in supervising daily site operations, ensuring that projects are executed safely, on time, and according to quality standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities to support project timelines and quality standards.
• Assist in coordinating with engineers, subcontractors, and laborers on-site.
• Monitor construction progress and provide updates to senior supervisors or project managers.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality control standards.
• Maintain accurate site records, including work completed, materials used, and any issues faced.
• Support labor management and basic site logistics.
• Report and help resolve on-site issues promptly under guidance from senior staff.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in high-rise or commercial construction projects.
• Knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and site documentation.
• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to relocate and work on project sites as required.

Work Environment:

• Primarily on construction sites with occasional office visits.
• Hands-on role requiring active monitoring of site activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
