Junior Site Supervisor

As a Site Supervisor for water supply and pipeline construction, your role involves supervising and coordinating on-site activities to ensure the successful completion of projects. Your responsibilities include: - Supervising and coordinating all on-site activities related to water supply and pipeline construction. - Ensuring work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards. - Monitoring subcontractor performance, labor deployment, and site productivity. - Maintaining daily site records, including progress reports, labor and material usage. - Ensuring quality control and compliance with engineering standards. - Coordinating with engineers, contractors, and suppliers for smooth execution. - Managing site materials and inventory; reporting shortages or issues promptly. - Implementing and enforcing health, safety, and environmental protocols. - Assisting in hydro-testing, flushing, commissioning, and final handover procedures. - Reporting regularly to the project manager about progress, delays, or site concerns. Qualifications Required: - Experience in water infrastructure for at least 1 year is required. - Experience as a site supervisor for 1 year is required.
