Job Description

About Us:

Key Responsibilities:

Support the creation, review, and enforcement of IT security processes, policies, and compliance standards.
Perform regular physical security audits/penetration testing.
Maintain documentation of patching activities, exceptions, and audit records.
Coordinate and implement system patching and updates across servers, workstations, and endpoints.
Perform vulnerability assessments using available in-house methods and assist in developing remediation plans.
Collaborate with IT and Infrastructure teams to ensure timely patching and configuration hardening.
Participate in security monitoring, incident response coordination, and risk mitigation exercises.
Contribute to awareness and training initiatives to promote security best practices across the organization.
Help drive awareness and training initiatives to promote security best practices across teams.

Qualifications and Skills:

Very good written and verbal communication skills
0–3 years of experience in IT security operations, vulnerability management, or system administration.
Familiarity with IT processes, security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.), and compliance documentation.
Basic knowledge of scripting or automation for patch deployment will be a plus.
Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CEH, or similar are an advantage.
Strong analytical, documentation, and coordination skills with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
