About the job: Job details: 1. Position: SEO Executive 2. Location: Ground floor, Plot in Kh. no. 591, Anand Gram, Ghitorni, New Delhi, Delhi, 110030 3. Department: Marketing 4. Employment Type: Full-time As an SEO executive, you will be responsible for implementing SEO strategies to improve the organic search rankings and online visibility of our company. You will work closely with the content, development, and marketing teams to optimize website content, link-building efforts, and technical SEO aspects to achieve business goals. Key Responsibilities: A. SEO strategy implementation: 1. Execute and manage on-page and off-page seo strategies 2. Conduct keyword research to guide content teams 3. Optimize website content, meta tags, and structure for search engines B. Content optimization: 1. Collaborate with content creators to ensure seo best practices are incorporated into website and blog content 2. Optimize landing pages for search engine visibility and user experience C. Technical SEO: 1. Conduct regular audits of the website for seo performance and recommend fixes 2. Work with the web development team to ensure seo is considered during site updates 3. Monitor and improve website loading times and mobile responsiveness D. Link building: 1. Develop and implement link-building strategies 2. Identify and reach out to relevant industry websites for backlinks 3. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of link-building efforts E. Analytics & reporting: 1. Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other seo tools to monitor and report on seo performance 2. Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and other key seo metrics 3. Prepare and present regular performance reports F. Competitor analysis: 1. Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats 2. Stay updated with the latest seo trends and algorithm changes G. Collaboration & communication: 1. Work closely with the marketing team to align seo efforts with broader marketing strategies 2. Communicate seo best practices to other teams and provide training when necessary Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, IT, business, or a related field. 2. Proven experience as an SEO Executive or similar role. 3. Strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools. 4. Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress. 5. Excellent communication and analytical skills. 6. Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus. Benefits: 1.
