Junior Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Junior Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist in driving sales, building customer relationships, and achieving business targets. Key Responsibilities: Assist the sales team in identifying and developing new business opportunities Handle inbound leads and follow up on existing customer queries Conduct showroom walk-ins, explain services (like PPF, Ceramic Coating, Detailing) Prepare quotations and close deals under the guidance of senior team members Maintain client relationships for repeat business and referrals Maintain daily records of calls, visits, and follow-ups Coordinate with operations team for timely delivery of services Participate in sales training, meetings, and workshops Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Marketing or Business preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Passion for sales and customer service Basic knowledge of the automotive industry or a willingness to learn Ability to meet targets and work under pressure Self-motivated and energetic Fluency in English & Hindi (additional local language is a plus) Proficiency in MS Office / Google Sheets is a plus
