Key Responsibilities:

Support & Troubleshooting:
Provide technical support in a
VM environment

Bot Monitoring & Maintenance:
Ensure
smooth bot performance
, respond to failures, and perform
scheduled updates

Issue Resolution & Collaboration:
Work with teams to
resolve issues within SLA

Knowledge Transfer (KT) sessions

Documentation & Inventory Management:
Maintain
RPA process documentation

Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on
RPA trends
and suggest optimizations.
Stakeholder Communication:

bot status and issues

Development Assistance:

medium-complexity RPA projects
