Junior Reservation Executive

You will be joining our dynamic team at Airoza Travels as a detail-oriented and customer-focused Junior Reservation Executive Travel Consultant/Air Ticketing. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about the travel industry and dedicated to delivering exceptional service. Your key responsibilities will include handling booking and reservations for both domestic and international travel, assisting clients with itinerary planning, pricing, and queries, coordinating with vendors and suppliers to ensure accurate confirmations, maintaining booking records, preparing reports as needed, providing post-booking support for changes, cancellations, and rescheduling, as well as upholding excellent customer service and communication throughout the reservation process. To excel in this role, you should ideally possess a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field. A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in travel reservations or customer service is required. Proficiency in English and Malayalam/Hindi languages is essential. Basic knowledge of reservation platforms like Amadeus, Galileo, or similar systems would be advantageous. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and hold an IATA certification will give you a competitive edge. This is a full-time and permanent position with a fixed shift schedule. The preferred candidate should have at least 1 year of total work experience. The work location will be in person.,
