Junior Research Fellow (Healthcare AI and Data Science)

Role Overview: As a Junior Research Fellow (JRF) at the KCDH-A and CRASH Lab, you will be involved in frontier projects in clinical AI, digital health, and multi-institutional collaborations with renowned partners such as Harvard, NUS, IITs, JIPMER, the National Cancer Grid, and leading healthtech startups. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for early-career clinicians and researchers (MBBS/masters graduates) to build their careers at the intersection of medicine and AI. Your responsibilities will include supporting research coordination, data curation, grant preparation, and initial analyses. You will be mentored to develop skills in Python, statistics, AI pipelines, and scientific writing, with the aim of upskilling you into an AI-ready researcher. This position provides exposure to world-class collaborations, high-impact publications, and real-world deployments.
