Junior Recruitment Executive Immediate Joiner

Job Title: Recruitment Executive (Female Candidates Only)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Executive with a strong background in talent acquisition. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach toward sourcing and hiring top talent in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop and manage a strong network of hiring vendors to meet organizational hiring needs efficiently.
• Utilize social media platforms and job portals effectively for recruitment purposes.
• Draft and manage recruitment-related reports using Excel (proficiency in Excel formulas required).
• Create and deliver impactful presentations (PPTs) related to recruitment performance and planning.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates and internal stakeholders, both verbal and written.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in recruitment.
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Strong command over social media tools and platforms for hiring purposes.
• Proficient in MS Excel (including formulas) and PowerPoint.
• Well-connected with external hiring vendors and agencies.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
