Job Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Junior Recruiters to join our growing team. As a Junior Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various technical roles.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Any completed Diploma (in any field)
• Gender: Female candidates only
• Language: Malayalam, english and Hindi knowing
• Experience: Freshers are welcome; prior recruitment experience is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand technical job requirements and source suitable candidates
• Conduct initial screening and telephonic interviews
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports
• Coordinate with candidates and clients for interview scheduling
• Assist in onboarding and documentation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
