Key Responsibilities: Assist in the marketing and sale of Residential, IT Space, Commercial and Retail, properties. Conduct property viewings, site inspections, and liaise with potential buyers, tenants, or investors. Prepare and update property listings, brochures, and online advertisements. Maintain an up-to-date database of clients, prospects, and property listings. Coordinate with legal, finance, and administrative teams to ensure smooth transactions. Provided after-sales support and respond to client inquiries promptly. Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Attend training sessions, industry events, and property expos as required. Requirements: Diploma or Any Bachelor's degree 03 years of working experience in a real estate or sales-related role (fresh graduates are welcome). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with real estate CRM tools is a plus. Must be a team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Possess own transport and a valid drivers license (if job involves travel to property sites).
