1. Measure parts using measuring tape, Vernier, micrometer, gauges.
2. Inspect weld quality and dimensional accuracy.
3. Record findings in QC sheets or digital system.
4. Tag rejected parts and initiate rework loop.
5. Follow control plan
1. Very Good at Engineering Drawing Reading and Understanding
2. Understanding of fabrication defects.
3. Use Vernier Calliper, Micrometer, Measuring tape, Various gauges
4. Very detail-oriented, honest, consistent.
