Junior Python Developer

The ideal candidate for the Python Developer position should have a minimum of 6-7 years of experience and possess expertise in Python and NodeJS. The role is based in Bangalore and follows a hybrid work model. As a Python Developer, you will be part of a dynamic team, focusing on backend development and utilizing front-end frameworks like React. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining Python and NodeJS-based applications, optimizing backend services for scalability and performance, and working with GraphQL and Apollo Client to create efficient APIs. You will also be involved in deploying applications on Azure Cloud infrastructure using Kubernetes, designing relational databases such as PostgreSQL, and utilizing Kafka for data sharing and messaging. Collaboration with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment, maintaining CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, and writing automated tests with Cypress are key aspects of the role. Experience with Storybook for component development and documentation is also required. The candidate should demonstrate strong proficiency in Python and NodeJS, experience with PostgreSQL or any other relational database, hands-on experience with Azure Cloud and Kubernetes, expertise in GraphQL and API development, familiarity with React and TypeScript, and knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and GitHub Actions. Experience with REST APIs, microservices architecture, and the ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment are essential. Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills are also critical for this position. Nice to have skills include experience with D3.js for data visualization, exposure to Storybook for UI development, and understanding of Cypress for testing automation.
