Junior Python Developer (Fresher)

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Python Developer with a strong foundation in Python and exposure to Machine Learning and Data Science. This role is ideal for a fresher who has completed formal training or internship (6 months) and is eager to apply their knowledge in real-world projects.

Core Skills Required:

• Solid understanding of Python (3.x) programming
• Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and basic algorithms
• Hands-on experience with NumPy and Pandas for data handling
• Exposure to data visualization using Matplotlib and Seaborn
• Understanding of LangGraph concepts (preferred)

AI / ML Exposure:

• Basic understanding of machine learning algorithms:
• Linear Regression
• Decision Trees
• Clustering, etc.
• Practical experience (project/training level) using scikit-learn to build ML models
• Exposure to deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch (basic neural networks)
• Bonus: Knowledge of either:
• Natural Language Processing (NLP) basics – tokenization, embeddings
• Computer Vision – image preprocessing, working with OpenCV

Tools & Workflow:

• Familiarity with Git/GitHub for version control
• Exposure to API integration or basic backend development using Flask or FastAPI
• Bonus: Experience (even basic) with AWS/GCP or Docker during training/internship

Soft Skills:

• Strong willingness to learn and adapt quickly
• Ability to debug and solve problems independently
• Basic teamwork and communication skills
