Location: Remote (India-based candidates preferred) Engagement Type: Contract-based 🧠 About the Role: We’re looking for a junior psychologist who can conduct structured, one-on-one sessions designed to identify behavioral patterns, execution challenges, and performance blockers in individuals. The role involves guided conversations, active listening, and strong note-taking for later analysis. This is not a therapy or counseling role, but requires strong behavioral understanding and applied psychology skills. Your role is to ask insightful questions, observe patterns, and extract cognitive insights — as per a structured framework. 🎓 Who We're Looking For: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Psychology (Clinical/Applied/Behavioral preferred) Strong understanding of behavioral patterns, habit formation, and motivational frameworks Excellent active listening and questioning skills Comfortable with structured, semi-scripted conversations Fluent in English, with clear and professional communication style Prior experience with coaching, interviewing, or user research is a plus 💼 Work Format: Remote | Flexible hours Workload: ~3–5 sessions/week (30–45 mins each) Contractual: Paid per engagement Show more Show less
