Job Title Junior Project Facilitator Location Kollam, Kerala Required Number 1 Qualification Bachelor’s or Diploma Job description Coordinate project activities in selected villages of Kolar district, in close collaboration with the central project team. Maintain accurate field-level records: attendance, meeting minutes, activity reports, follow-up notes, case/referral tracking (where applicable).
Build and maintain trusting relationships with women’s groups, local leaders, frontline workers, and service providers.
