Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and empathetic individual to develop stories, scripts, and written content for The Compassion Program’s audio productions and promotional activities. The role involves working with cross-functional teams, contributing to marketing initiatives, and creating visually appealing presentations and infographics to engage educational institutions and communities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content & Creative Writing

• Develop original stories, narratives, and written materials that embody The Compassion Program’s values.
• Ensure content resonates with students and social institutions.

2. Story Plotting & Narrative Structuring

• Create storylines, sequence episodes, design character arcs, and build structured story roadmaps for audio scripts.

3. Scriptwriting

• Write engaging, dramatized scripts tailored for audio production.
• Ensure strong storytelling that inspires positive social values.

4. Marketing & Promotion

• Support marketing strategies to increase awareness of The Compassion Program.
• Assist in outreach across educational and social institutions.

5. Team Coordination

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely content delivery.

6. Presentation Development

• Design and prepare professional presentations that communicate program objectives, impact, and outcomes.

7. Infographics Creation

• Create clear and visually appealing infographics to simplify information and enhance audience engagement.

Skills & QualificationsEducational Qualification

• BA in Literature
• BA in Fine Arts
• BBA in Marketing

General Requirements

• Strong creative writing and storytelling skills.
• Ability to communicate values, empathy, and social awareness effectively.
• Imaginative thinking and originality for fresh content creation.
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic, feedback-oriented environment.
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or similar tools).
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and promotional strategies.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
