Responsibilities

• Communicate with partners and clients to understand business requirements and prepare documentation
• Analyze supply chain and order management data to identify requirements and issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and monitor their impact
• Perform technical analysis and API mapping, collaborating with the development team to initiate projects
• Conduct unit testing of products and API testing using Postman collections
• Offer customer support throughout various stages of the project lifecycle
• Identify and resolve order management issues, including discrepancies, delays, and customer complaints
• Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Maintain strong relationships with partners and clients to ensure timely delivery of projects
  

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 01 year of experience in retail business analysis, supply chain management, or order management
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL)
• Proficient in understanding and writing SQL queries
• Familiarity with Postman collections
• Prior experience with JIRA or other project management tools is a plus
• Knowledge of cloud technologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
