learning platform by focusing on learner-centric tasks. Your responsibilities will include

managing learners, resolving their day-to-day queries, facilitating their onboarding process, and

maintaining accurate attendance data.

Key Responsibilities:

? Manage the learner experience on AAFT Online, ensuring high levels of engagement and

satisfaction.

? Facilitate the onboarding process for new learners, providing guidance and support as

they navigate the platform.

? Monitor and track learner attendance, ensuring compliance with program requirements

and deadlines.

? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address learner concerns and enhance the

overall learning experience.

? Analyze learner feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement

solutions accordingly.

? Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in online education to continuously

enhance program effectiveness.

Qualifications:

? Bachelor's degree from any relevant field.

? Proven experience in program management, preferably in the Edtech industry.

? Strong understanding of learner-centric principles and practices.

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively

with learners and stakeholders.

? Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

? Proficiency in learning management systems and related software applications.
