Junior Product Field Sales Executive cum service Engineer

Job Description: Rentokil PCI is the leading pest control service provider in India, formed in 2017 through a joint venture between Pest Control India and Rentokil. With operations across 250 locations in India, Rentokil PCI aims to set new standards for customer service by sharing best practices, innovations, and digital technologies. Key Responsibilities: - Achieving sales targets & collection targets - Building a good distribution network and ensuring teamwork - Providing market infrastructure and staying in touch with customers - Conducting SWOT analysis of the market and distributor - Updating product knowledge and motivating sales team - Utilizing POP material, brochures, posters for sales promotion - Managing inventory of the distributor & settling claims - Repairing ETO Machines, Fogger Machine, PEST O Flash, Spider Fly & Catcher Machines - Identifying new market segments and areas for development - Maintaining relations with key customers and Govt. departments - Complying with govt. licenses, sales permissions, and other rules - Achieving sales & collection targets, credit control, and distributor expansion - Developing distributor/ dealer management skills and excellent communication skills Qualifications Required: - B Tech / BE Additional Details: At Rentokil PCI, values like Safety, Integrity, Innovation, Learning & Development, Open & Transparent, and Performance Orientation are core to the company's mission and vision.
