Junior PD Merchandiser

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with design, production, and sourcing teams to manage the product development process.
• Oversee the preparation and tracking of tech packs, ensuring that they meet all technical specifications and cost targets.
• Ensure sampling timelines are met, working closely with suppliers and factories to ensure prototypes are delivered on time.
• Perform tech pack costing to ensure product profitability while maintaining competitive pricing.
• Have a deep understanding of woven fabrics, including sourcing, quality, and production methods.
• Ensure all products comply with quality standards and meet client requirements.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to resolve issues related to sampling and production.
• Analyze costing sheets and provide insights to the production team to maintain profitability without compromising quality.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
