Junior Oracle EBS Functional Support Consultant (AP/AR/GL)

Responsibilities

• Experience in Oracle EBS Functional Support.
• Basic understanding of financial processes (AP, AR, GL).
• Understanding of P2P, O2C, and accounting concepts.
• Exposure to ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira, etc.).
• Ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and propose solutions.
• A good understanding of SQL (basic queries) is an advantage.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Provide functional support for Oracle EBS R12 modules, including AP, AR, and GL.
• Investigate, analyze, and resolve Level 1 & Level 2 production issues.
• Guide end-users on Oracle EBS functionalities, best practices, and process flows.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Gather and document user requirements for small enhancements or process improvements.
• Analyze process gaps and propose solutions under senior consultant guidance.
• Support the implementation of new functionalities or modules.
  

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
