Junior Operations Executive

Role Overview: You will be joining MediSim VR as a lab manager at the Virtual Reality (VR) training lab located in a well renowned college in Mangaluru. Your main responsibility will be to manage the lab and support students during their training sessions. No special degree or medical background is required for this role; all you need is the ability to use a computer, communicate effectively, and be responsible. Key Responsibilities: - Help manage and set up VR equipment for student training. - Guide students during their training sessions. - Maintain cleanliness, organization, and functionality of the lab. - Keep records of student usage and inventory. - Act as the primary point of contact in the lab, similar to a librarian. - Communicate regularly with your reporting manager and students. Qualifications Required: - Any undergraduate degree (BA, B.Com, B.Sc., etc.). - Candidates must be currently residing in Mangalore. - Freshers or individuals with up to 2 years of work experience are welcome. - Must possess confidence, politeness, and good communication skills in English. - Basic knowledge of computers including Excel, Word, and Internet usage. - Ability to manage tasks independently. - Experience in handling tech gadgets or AV equipment is a plus. - Previous experience in a customer-facing role, even part-time, is advantageous.
