Job Description

KBR is looking for Junior Offshore Structural Engineer to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Design and develop offshore structural systems, including platforms, structures, and equipment.
Conduct site investigations and analyze data to determine soil conditions and other relevant factors affecting structure design.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving overall engineering practices.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum years of experience in offshore structural engineering.
Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations, such as API, IBC, and ISO.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Proficiency in software packages such as AutoCAD, Staad Pro, and MS Office.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
