Junior Officer - Production

As a Junior Officer Production at FMC, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and reliability of industrial processes at our plant in Panoli, Gujarat. Your responsibilities will include: - Operating the plant operations in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) - Adjusting controls and equipment to regulate temperature, pressure, and flow rate, and managing chemical reactions - Conducting routine inspections of equipment and systems to detect malfunctions and perform necessary maintenance - Ensuring that the quality of raw materials and finished products meets specifications - Recording data from operations, process conditions, and laboratory results for production logs and compliance reports - Collaborating with other team members such as chemists, engineers, and quality control to optimize production efficiency and safety - Maintaining a disciplined and safe working environment by ensuring all safety procedures are followed and practiced Qualifications required for this role: - Education: Diploma in Chemical - Experience: 5-7 years - Skills: Strong experience of working on DCS (Distributed Control System) and Field About FMC: At FMC, we are dedicated to providing innovative solutions that increase the productivity and resilience of farmers" land.
