The incumbent shall be responsible for :
Follow up with Foreign Associates for on time pick up of cargoFinalisation of Import documents in consultation with Customers & AssociateLiaison with Customers and give regular feedback regarding movement of the consignmentFacilitate filing of IGM over online portals / SCMTRSend Cargo Arrival Notice to CustomersIssue NOC / DO to Importers/their CHA, wherever applicableRemittance to AssociatesGeneration of Payment Advices in System and forwarding bills of S/Lines, Vendors etc.to Accounts for paymentGeneration of Freight Bills in System and dispatching to Customers along with post shipment documentsFollow up with Customers regarding realization of payments and adjustment in systemWork Experience : -
