About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Deliver high-quality, optimized, and scalable backend solutions to meet business requirements 2. Design, test, and maintain system architecture with focus on databases, large-scale data processing, and APIs 3. Develop and maintain end-to-end functionalities including mail, contact, and calendar using SMTP 4. Analyze, review, and enhance code from other developers to ensure consistency and maintainability 5. Collaborate with business stakeholders, peers, and IT teams to ensure clear communication 6. Understand interdependencies between components in complex work packages 7. Utilize software development tools for version control, unit testing, and code maintainability Requirements: 1. Extensive backend development experience with Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript 2. Strong experience with Express.js and basic knowledge of Nest.js 3. Proficient in MongoDB (Mongoose) and SQL (Sequelize) 4. Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL 5. Knowledge of GraphQL for API querying 6. Familiarity with NPM and Node.js package management 7. Experience with Node.js code profiling and debugging techniques 8. Strong understanding of coding standards, design patterns, and unit testing 9. Ability to prioritize functional and non-functional requirements 10. Strong grasp of common data structures and algorithms 11. Experience with Linux-based platforms (preferred) 12.
