JUNIOR MERCHANDISER OFFLINE (DATA & REPORTS)

As a Junior Merchandiser: Offline (Data & Reports), your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Managing Product Data: Maintain records of new product developments, repeat product orders, special orders, pre-orders, and collaboration products. Track the performance of these products across sales and generate reports. - Data Analysis and Updating: Gather stock and sales data to inform buying decisions, design strategies, and develop business intelligence. Create data point reports to utilize data effectively in decision-making processes. - Common Departmental Tasks: Tag inbound stock with appropriate designs. Determine stock and product requirements for photography campaigns and special promotions. In addition to the above responsibilities, you will be expected to possess the following skills: - Agile data sifting, analysis, and reporting using tools such as Excel and Power BI. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and retail perception skills to engage with various partners, including in-house teams, external vendors, brands, and collaboration partners. - Proficiency in communication languages such as Tamil, English, and Hindi. - Background knowledge in textiles, particularly in the woven crafts sector. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to create efficient processes. Qualifications for this role include: - 3-5 years of experience in Fashion Management or a relevant field. - Background in handloom products and luxury crafts, either through academic studies or work experience, would be advantageous.
