Job Description

The Junior Merchandiser at J&JP Clothing Company will play a key role in collaborating with buyers to curate product assortments that are aligned with the company's objectives and customer preferences. You will be responsible for monitoring and managing inventory levels, providing recommendations for restocking or discontinuation as necessary. Building and maintaining relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiating terms, and ensuring timely product deliveries will be a crucial part of your role. Additionally, you will be expected to prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, inventory turnover, and other relevant metrics to the management team. Quality control is essential, and you will need to ensure that all products meet the required standards and regulatory guidelines. By analyzing sales data, identifying patterns and trends, you will be able to make informed decisions regarding inventory management and product selection.
