Junior Merchandiser (Female)

The Junior Merchandiser supports the merchandising team through hands-on execution of quality checks, sample and size set management, and day-to-day coordination.

This role is designed as a foundational experience to develop into a full Merchandiser role within 1–2 years, by actively learning operational workflows and contributing to timely and accurate order execution.

-Execute QC checks for all dispatches as per QC protocol.-Document all QC reports and submit daily to the Merchandiser.

-Identify quality concerns and assist in follow-up corrections with vendors when required.-Maintain QC logs and ensure proper records for all lots exceeding 500 units.

-Ensure that Sales Sample Bags are always up to date, clean, and complete with the latest product samples.

-Maintain a master checklist of samples per product and regularly verify physical inventory.

-Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure bags are dispatched and returned timely for client visits or trade shows.

-Replace worn or outdated samples and raise requests for replacements to the Merchandiser.

-Maintain a centralized record of all available size sets by category.

-Ensure size sets are ready to be dispatched for new client orders or sampling.

-Track usage and recall size sets once clients are done using them.

-Tag and store returned size sets properly for future use.

-Assist in preparing and updating product tech packs under guidance.

-Follow up on sample developments with vendors as directed.

-Coordinate with the supply chain and factory team for status updates and escalate concerns when needed.

-Assist in daily documentation, invoice compilation, stock tracking, and fabric log maintenance. Basic garment construction, product categories, QC protocol, tech pack structure. Confident, Result Focused, prompt, spontaneous Quality Control & Documentation Sample Bag Curation & Management Size Set Management Merchandiser Support & Coordination Zero major misses in QC reporting; 98% accuracy in QC documentation. Sales Sample Bag maintained at 100% readiness at all times. 100% availability and traceability of active size sets. Complete assigned support tasks within 1 working day 95% of the time. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
