Ensuring your existing clients are satisfied through after sales services.
Always ask them for true feedback
Servicing the Clients after receiving the order till the time of collection of payment
Resolve the Queries & questions of all the clients.
Give or Support the Participants/Clients about company products or services.
Acting as a point of contact for complaints & escalating issues to the concern
Understand clients queries & solve them in any manner
understand costings
Repeat individual orders of Clients
Maths knowledge is must.
