Junior Media and Public Relations Associate

Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Develop and implement integrated public relations and marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging across all channels. Media Relations: Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers. Draft press releases, organize press conferences, and manage media inquiries. Content Creation: Create compelling and engaging content for various channels, including press releases, social media, website, and marketing collateral. Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and analyze performance metrics. Event Management: Plan and coordinate events, product launches, and promotional activities to maximize brand exposure. Manage logistics, invitations, and post-event evaluations. Brand Management: Safeguard and enhance the company's brand reputation through consistent messaging and positive interactions. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and potential threats. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, preferences, and opportunities for growth. Analyze data to assess the effectiveness of marketing and PR campaigns.
