Junior Mechanical Design Engineer

Role Overview: You will be a full-time Junior Mechanical Engineer located in Trivandrum, responsible for assisting in the design, development, testing, and implementation of mechanical systems and components. Your day-to-day tasks will include creating CAD models, performing basic simulations, supporting prototyping and assembly, and assisting in product validation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to the development of innovative mechanical and mechatronic solutions for various applications. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and modify 3D models and 2D drawings using SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and CorelDRAW - Collaborate with senior engineers to develop design solutions - Support prototype development and product testing - Ensure designs meet functional, quality, and safety requirements - Maintain design documentation and revision control Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field - 2-3 years of practical experience using SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CorelDRAW in a professional setting - Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials - Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications - Good communication and teamwork skills Additional Details: Tachlog Pvt.
