Junior Marketing Executive

A junior marketing executive supports marketing campaigns by creating content, managing social media, conducting market research, and tracking performance metrics, all under the guidance of senior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of both online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Digital Marketing: Manage social media platforms, contribute to content calendars, and may help online advertising.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to understand consumer preferences and market trends to inform strategies.
• Market Survey: 2-3 days market survey.

Qualifications & Skills :

• Education: 10th, 12th, or A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
• Experience: Typically 6 months to 1 year of experience in a marketing or similar role.
• Technical Skills:
• (a) Proficiency in design tools like Canva for content creation. (OPTIONAL)
• (b) Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts (Social media, email marketing).
• (c) Familiarity with social media marketing tools and analytics.
• Soft Skills:
• (a) Strong communication (written and verbal).
• (b) Excellent creativity and organizational skills.
• (c) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• (d) Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
