Job Summary

The Junior Marketing Executive (Fresher) will assist the marketing team in day-to-day marketing activities. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates who are creative, eager to learn, and interested in building a career in marketing and digital media.

Key Responsibilities

Support the marketing team in executing marketing campaigns and initiatives

Create basic marketing creatives using Canva

Assist in basic video editing and reels creation for social media platforms

Help manage and schedule social media posts

Support content creation for promotional and branding activities

Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis

Coordinate with internal teams for marketing requirements

Maintain marketing data, reports, and content calendars

Required Skills & Competencies

Basic knowledge of Canva

Basic understanding of video editing and reels editing

Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Creative mindset with willingness to learn

Ability to work well in a team environment

Qualifications

Graduate / pursuing graduation in Marketing, Business, Media, or related field

Freshers are welcome (training will be provided).
