Junior Manager, HR Operations

As a Junior Manager, HR Operations at Diageo, you will play a key role in supporting the HR team to provide excellent HR services and support to colleagues across multiple countries. Your responsibilities will include: - Monitoring team workload and performance to ensure a great customer experience - Managing team whereabouts and resources to support business-as-usual activities and projects - Handling investigation and resolution of complex process & system issues - Driving continuous improvement initiatives for the team - Conducting induction of new hires and identifying training needs for capability-building To excel in this role, you are required to have previous experience in HR Contact Centre or Service Delivery centre support. Fluency in verbal and written English is essential. Shift timings may vary between 5PM - 2AM or 7PM - 4AM. Proficiency in cloud-based HR applications and systems, such as Workday, EIC, SAP HR, and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word, is critical.
