Job Title: Junior Maintenance In-charge

Responsibilities:

• Carry out routine upkeep of campus buildings, equipment, and utilities.
• Handle electrical, plumbing, and basic civil maintenance and report issues on time.
• Coordinate with technicians, vendors, and service providers for repair work.
• Attend urgent repair requests and provide timely support for electrical, plumbing, civil, and carpentry works.

Qualification:
Diploma in Electrical Engineering with a valid electrical license.

Experience:
Minimum 2 to 3 years in electrical maintenance or related field.

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, and basic civil maintenance
• Ability to handle tools, equipment, and safety procedures
