Junior Java Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Java applications using Spring Boot framework
• Write clean, efficient code following best practices
• Create and optimize SQL queries for database operations
• Implement RESTful APIs and basic web services
• Participate in code reviews and testing activities
• Collaborate with team members on project deliverables
• Debug and troubleshoot application issues

Required Skills & Qualifications

Core Technical Skills

• Java: Understanding of core Java concepts and OOP principles
• Spring Boot: Basic knowledge of Spring Framework and dependency injection
• SQL: Ability to write SQL queries and understand relational databases
• Data Structures & Algorithms: Fundamental knowledge of programming concepts
• Version Control: Basic familiarity with Git

Additional Skills

• Database Technologies: MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar
• Build Tools: Maven or Gradle (basic understanding)
• Testing: JUnit or similar testing frameworks
• IDE: Experience with IntelliJ IDEA, Eclipse, or VS Code
• API Development: Understanding of REST concepts and JSON
