Job Description

As a Help Desk Technician with 1 to 2 years of experience, your primary responsibility will be to provide technical support and assistance to customers, either remotely or in person. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals who are eager to kickstart their career in IT support. Please note that this position is open only to female candidates. Your key responsibilities will include serving as the initial point of contact for customers who require technical assistance. This assistance may be provided via phone, email, or chat. You will be expected to perform basic troubleshooting using diagnostic techniques and relevant questions to identify the root cause of the issue. Based on the information provided by customers, you will need to determine the best solution and guide them through the problem-solving process. Any unresolved issues should be escalated to the next level of support personnel. It is essential to provide accurate information on IT products or services, maintain detailed logs of events and resolutions, and keep customers updated on their status. Additionally, you will be responsible for relaying any feedback or suggestions from customers to the appropriate internal team. In this role, you will also be expected to identify and propose potential improvements to existing procedures to enhance overall efficiency and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate for this position should have a basic understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products. You should possess the ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues effectively. Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of additional languages would be advantageous. Excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, patience, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures are key attributes for success in this role.
