Junior Influencer Marketing Manager

Roles and Responsibilities Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create sponsored content campaigns across various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.). Build and maintain relationships with key influencers, negotiating contracts and agreements as needed. Analyze campaign performance data to optimize future initiatives and improve ROI. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 1 year of experience in social media marketing or a related field. Strong communication, relationship building, negotiation skills; active listening & attention to detail. Proficiency in contract management & problem-solving; adaptability & professionalism required. Candidates should be willing to travel 6 days a week to the office which is nearby Sandhurst Road station.
