Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Assist with end-to-end recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.

Coordinate with candidates and the internal team to ensure a smooth hiring process.

Maintain and update employee records, HR documents, and recruitment trackers.

Support onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.

Assist in maintaining attendance, leave records, and employee data.

Prepare and maintain HR reports and trackers using MS Excel.

Support employee engagement activities and training coordination.

Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks and documentation.

Ensure the confidentiality and accuracy of employee information.

Requirements:

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational and coordination abilities.

Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes is an advantage.

Willingness to learn, take responsibility, and grow in the HR domain.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
