Experience: 2-4 years

Full job description

Staffing: Recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and retaining employees
Employee experience: Creating a positive work environment by listening to feedback, offering flexible scheduling, and managing talent development
Employee relations: Handling employee relations issues, including grievances, performance, and general employee counseling
Payroll: Overseeing payroll processes
Certification compliance: Monitoring certification compliance and ensuring employees are current with legally mandated certifications
Culture: Maintaining company culture and motivating employees
Language Skill: Tamil, English must. Also, Hindi is added Advantage
