Junior Holiday Expert (Travel Industry)

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Junior Holiday Expert to support our

travel operations and sales team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for travel, good

communication skills, and the ability to assist clients with planning their holiday packages.

Freshers with strong interest in the travel industry are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

 Assist clients in choosing and customizing domestic and international holiday packages.

 Provide destination information, travel suggestions, and itinerary options.

 Coordinate with senior travel consultants and operations team for bookings and

confirmations.

 Prepare quotations, itinerary drafts, and package details for customers.

 Handle customer queries through calls, walk-ins, and online platforms.

 Maintain follow-up logs and ensure timely responses to customer inquiries.

 Support in processing bookings for hotels, flights, activities, and transfers.

 Keep updated knowledge of travel guidelines, visa requirements, and tourism trends.

 Ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.

 Basic Knowledge about Galileo and Amadeus is a plus

 If required ,need to assist with Group tours

Skills & Competencies

 Good communication and interpersonal skills.

 Customer-friendly attitude and willingness to learn.

 Basic knowledge of travel destinations, holiday packages, or tourism (preferred).

 Ability to multitask and handle customer requirements efficiently.

 Computer literacy and familiarity with basic office software; knowledge of travel portals

is a plus.

 Positive attitude, team player, and a keen interest in the travel industry.

Qualifications

 Graduation in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or any related

field.

 0–3 years of experience in the travel or holidays sector (freshers may apply).

What We Offer

 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
