Job Description

• Branding and Design Development

  : Create branding materials such as brochures, flyers, illustrations, infographics, presentations, stall designs, and social media content.

• Adherence to Brand Guidelines

  : Ensure all designs are aligned with Zen Technologies' brand standards, maintaining high levels of quality and Aesthetic appeal.

• Trend Integration

  : Stay updated on design trends, integrating innovative ideas into creative projects.

• Project Management

  : Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.

• Stakeholder Collaboration

  : Work closely with stakeholders to understand design briefs and present creative ideas effectively.

• Ownership and Consulting

  : Act as an independent design consultant, managing projects from conception to completion.

• Feedback Responsiveness

  : Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to incorporate feedback and improve designs.

• Event Support

  : Actively contribute to organizational initiatives and events.

• Motion Graphics

  : A foundational understanding of motion graphics is a plus.

Requirements

Education & Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, Communication Design, or a related field.
